i have one tip about ddosing from your own pc running on Windows XP SP2/SP3 and maybe later versions like Vista.
SP2/SP3 doing next shit:
Sets maximus number of half-open connections to 10 making you unable to do DDOS attacks. You ofcource can use windows XP/Windows XP SP1 but they have less security for you.The
solution is free tool which can setup number of halfopen concurrent connection to as much value as you want even to 1 Million.
