use an ip changer or a program that hides your ip address when you try this to hide your ip as some sites will record your ip when you connect for security.
1.) right click on the page that your are trying to download something from, from which you have the option to pay with payp@1.
2.)click on view source and look for the word "return". You do this by pressing ctrl+f on your keyboard. When the finder pops up type: Return
3) when you find the word return, next to it you will find the url for the thank you page.
4) copy this url and paste it in your browser and you will see the download link.
